Озадачился установкой дистрибутива Oracle Database на домашнюю виртуалочку для целей покопатся (с целью изучения) в новых для меня технологиях (OLAP, Data Mining)

В принципе данное попадает под действие OTN лицензии. Я создаю единственный прототип моего ПО, не распросраняю и не использую в комерции.

Следующий вопрос - выбор операционной системы. Естественным путем выбор падает на Oracle Linux.
Начинаю качать Linux вывыливается agreement:
Там написано, что если у вас есть лицензии на любое Oracle ПО, вы можете использовать Linux далее неограничено (но без поддержки). Но если у вас нет лицензий (у меня как у частного лица их конечно нет) то вы автоматически соглашаетесь на trial лицензию которая действует 30 дней.

30 дней меня не устраивает, потому что мои разборки с OLAP могут затянутся.

Теперь вопрос.
Правильно ли я понимаю лицензионное соглашение? https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oracle_Linux пишут что Oracle Linux бесплатен для коммерческого использование( но видимо при наличии лицензии на другое ПО)
