Oracle Documentation Library gets NULL POINTER EXCEPTION

Hello to all:

Our Java developers have an alternative version of the JRE installed.
Therefore, when they install and run the Oracle Documentation Library it does
not work. The "Tree - Oracle Information Navigator" window never appears for
them. If they opent their Java console in their system tray, they see this
stack trace.

Anyone know how to fix this problem? The developers need to be able to search
the docs!

Hello,

Options are to use the same JRE version that comes along on the CD or could refer to the documentation section in Metalink, toc tech docs, dataserver library. The documentation is also available at either websites of technet.oracle.com or docs.oracle.com.
