На XP НЕ ставится!

Ну как-то ведь Студия сажает 3.51 под ХР и офис 97 тоже сажает его без проблем под ХР - выход есть - но где?

Народ - тут идейка появилась - если более новый Jet не дает возможности сесть старому - может его временно отключить, установить раритет, а потом снова включить - только вот где это в реестре сидит и что именно там нужно отключать
И вообще может кто из системщиков с этим работал - проблемма в том что надо зарегить провайдера баз данных - Jet 3.51, а где и как регистрируются провайдеры видимо знают очень немногие
