Есть ли возможность "убить" Excel-евские объекты

Кто нибудь подскажет, как нибудь можно убить excel-евские объекты. По каким то причинам они не закрываются обычным: ExclApp.Quit Set ExclApp = Nothing Они держут документы, к которым дургие объекты не могут подобраться ... |
