There are two places in registry on Win XP, where Delphi 6 saves license keys LM / LMKEY / LMLIC :

and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\Delphi\6.0\

on Windows 10 you should drop LM / LMKEY / LMLIC from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\Delphi\6.0\
