The following have been verified: 1) No errors in $ORACLE_HOME/install/make.log 2) No orphan SQL*PLUS processes (ps -ef | grep <SID>). See <Note:152474.1> ORA-24314 While Running sqlplus "connect / as sysdba" 3) ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID are set correctly 4) Relink all was not helpful ... |
