Сегодня резко упал боевой сервер с ошибкой.

ORA-00445: background process "L081" did not start after 120 seconds
PMON failed to acquire latch, see PMON dump
ORA-00445: background process "J000" did not start after 30 seconds

Никаких системных настроек не менялось.
По железу тоже.

Погуглив мало что конкретно нашел.

Есть идеи почему?

Единственная зацепка в логах:

версию сервера, конечно же, нужно угадать? Одна и та же ора-600 в разных версиях могла быть вызвана разными багами...
