What you mean WebSphere???

WebSphere is a brand.
WebSphere Application Server is analog oracle application server
WebSphere Customer Center like Oracle Data Hub
WebSphere Product center it like some part of Retek
WebSphere MQ is like Oracle AQ but much more prefomance and capabilities.
WebSphere MessageBroker is a intergation engine based on MQ you recive message from
some where and route this to application, files databases
WebSphere Process Server like Message broker but different, I not expert and can't say where is a difference
WebSphere portal - Portal application based on Application Server
WebSphere DataStage - ETL (Extract transform Load)
....

All of this work with oracle. What you mean integration???? :)
