Хочу выполнить автообновление Windows 7. Появилcя процесс Загрузки, но он всегда 0%, т.е. загрузка невыполняется, а постоянно находиться в таком состоянии.

_Мысли вслух,
выполнил вашу рекомендацию, долго искал обновления и все таки нашел. Но указал выполнить и установить только одно маленькое обновление из большого списка, он уже минут 10 идет загрузка обновлений, а процент загрузки 0%.
Что мне делать и как это исправить???

устанавливал одно обновление минут 25. я пока что только три обновления установил. это просто жесть

я удалил все файлы из этой папки:
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
и удалил вот этот файл
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\DataStore.edb
