OpenSuse: Почтовик - странный редирект

Доброго времени суток!
"Посчастливилось" мне админить почтовый сервер на ОпенСусь на котором накручен Cyrus, Sieve, postfix, postgrey мож чото еще есть я не в курсе.
Почтовые серваки никогда не админил и не настраивал, есдинственное, что по логам можно что-то понять))
Один из сотрудников попросил сделать ему редирект с сохранением писем на нашем сервере и отправку на другой, внешний ящик.
Но возникает проблема - на внешний оно все нормально доходит, а вот на нашем не всегда сохраняются копии, толи они куда то деваются.
Вот кусок лога, отправки письма с user@gmail.com на наш ящик user@local.local и переадресацию на внешний redirect@another.com.
У пользователя есть alias - alias@local.local:
