проблемы hibernate:подключение к базе

Не могу подключиться к базе данных, выдает:net.sf.hibernate.JDBCException: Cannot open connection привожу hibernate.properties: hibernate.dialect=net.sf.hibernate.dialect.MySQLDialect hibernate.connection.driver_class=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver hibernate.connection.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost/hib_exmpl hibernate.connection.username=root hibernate.connection.password= база у меня без пароля и вхожу как root. В чем может быть проблема???? ... |
