Сделал WSDL с операцией
В Netbeans сгенерировал из WSDL вебсервис
В итоге были созданы классы
HBgetCustomerById.java

HomeBankWS_Service.java
ObjectFactory.java

На кой генерация, если все равно данные надо в этом классе готовить и передавать.
