решил поставиь бесплатную версию на SESE 9.1, удалось запустить централ. там пытаюсь создать инстанс. он спрашивает master/sybsestemprocs device path - я так понял я должен создать для этого сам файл ?
создал ручками файл в лог свалилось такое:

разобрался, похоже я параметры ядра на соседней машине поправил :)
в суботу вечером это простительно ...
