Возникла проблема при подключении к серверу PostgreSQL.

pg_hba.conf:

Помогите, пожалуйста, решить проблему.

Windows 10, postgresql-10.1-3-windows-x64

UPD. Удалил предыдущую версию и установил PostgreSQL 10.2 (postgresql-10.2-1-windows-x64) при завершении установки, появилось сообщение "...failed to start the database server...".

А как можно посмотреть "что в сервисах" и "под каким юзером работает(?) сервис"? Папка pg_log пуста или надо посмотреть через Event Viewer в Windows? Запускать сервер пробую через pgAdmin 4.

Извините, я абсолютный новичок в этом деле.

Установил postgresql-9.6.7-1-windows-x64 - запустился сервер. WTF? ) Вот такой вид для 9.6 и 10.0.
