Select list with submit error

Всем привет! У меня на страничке есть select list with submit вида DB column. Также есть unconditional branch на эту же страницу. Почему-то при сабмите странички, вызванным списком, получаю такую ошибку: The requested URL /hdb/wwv_flow.accept was not found on this server. Почему? ... |
