вопрос по timezone

храню время в timestamp в базе установил смещение +2 часа делаю прямой запрос в консоли к mysql, возращается время со смещением 2 делаю запрос в пхп, в котором задано свое смещение +1 в итоге выводится дата utc+1 это правильно, но почему? ... |
