Вот сижу, читаю Inside MSSQL. В главе про оптимизацию запросов есть следующая фраза: The Read Ahead Reads values indicates th number of pages that were read into cache using the read ahead mechanism while the query was processed. Что такое read ahead mechanism ? Спасибо. ... |

читать вперед.... те упрощенно считывая страницу и работая с ней он в фоне читает уже следующию... сам алгоритм там посложнее.... но думаю тебе это не важно... ;)) ... |
