Но проблема с сабжем не ушла! ..

ВыбегаллоВерсия ? Платформа ? Конфиг. Команда. Кусок лога побольше. Результаты ipcs -m .

Похоже, проблема при создании буфера в shmem для обмена между oninit и ontape. Скорей всего - из-за неправильных permissions. Возможно, этот буфер уже существует, и не был убит с прошлого раза из-за недостатка прав.

...онтэйп стартую рутом

..а если удалять сегменты ipcrm...ТО КАКИЕ?
