When replicating from DB2® partitioned databases, you can specify whether the Q Capture program uses a single thread to fetch log records from each partition, or a dedicated log-reader thread for each partition. As the number of partitions increases, the time that it takes for each partition to return log records increases, which can affect Q Capture performance.
