Есть сомнения по поводу правильного ответа в данном тестовом вопросе:

Я бы выбрал AlwaysOn (E or B) т.к. 70-462 учебник, стр. 449 :

" Using AlwaysOn Replicas to Improve Concurrency
In many cases, queries that are used to support reporting can reduce concurrency in online transaction processing (OLTP) systems. Reporting must often read large amounts of data and perform aggregate operations on the results. When this happens in an OLTP system, the users trying to INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE data are often blocked, waiting for the reporting process to complete. In SQL Server 2012, the capability now exists to offload this reporting load to a read-only replica. This is accomplished by adding a new clause to the connection string for the reporting application, indicating that it’s ApplicationIntent=ReadOnly."

Если это действительно так, то из вопроса не следует в каком режиме должна быть группа AlwaysOn (Asynchronous-Commit или Synchronous-Commit).
