Наткнулся на такой вот вопрос из теста:

По-моему, "D" никак не может быть одним из ответов, поскольку нет возможности создать вычисляемое поле в physical model (по крайней мере в 10-ке).
Насчет "B" все понятно, подходит.
"A" не подходит, потому что получим просто цену, а не средний доход (ее еще как-то агрегировать надо).
"C" не подходит, потому что заранее неизвестно, по какому измерению будем агрегировать этот доход, да и вообще, не относится к предмету тестирования.
