Есть приложение, в котором с помощью CR создаются и выгружаются отчеты. После обновления приложения стала возникать ошибка "Missing report or database file" при попытке сразу выгрузить отчет. Однако при этом можно зайти в Designer и выгрузить отчет из редактора.

Попробовала переустановить все компоненты CR по инструкции производителя приложения:
"In order to view, print, and export reports using OMNITRACKER Windows Client you need to install the “SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework 4 (32-bit)”. You may download the latest Support Pack as MSI 32 Bit. After this please unpack the archive, launch the application and follow the installation instructions.
Please note that in order to design reports, you still need the Crystal Reports designer application. Both the Designer application and the “SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework 4 (32-bit)” can be installed in the same machine."

Однако переустановка дизайнера и runtime-библиотек не помогла. Может ли кто-нибудь подсказать, как решить эту проблему?

Проблема решена полной переустановкой всех компонентов программы.
