Всем привет! Нуждаюсь в совете. После обновления JD Edwards до 9.1.5 появилась следующая проблема: в тонком клиенте при работе с гридом (find/next) в любом приложении выскакивает предупреждение (см.картинку). При чем это происходит, если изменить масштаб окна на <>100%. При 100% масштабе ошибки нет. Все очень просто. Вы, наверняка, по каким-то реальным, а не надуманным, причинам используете в своей работе не IE, а, скорее всего, Google Chrome. Однако далеко не все версии ГХ сертифицированы для работы с JDE клиентом 9.1.5. Вернее, даже, всего одна, а именно 37.0.2062.120 (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Web Client 9.1.5.0 has certifications with Google Chrome 37.0.2062.120) Сейчас последняя актуальная версия ГХ 40.0.2214.93 m, то есть, она НЕ сертифицирована для работы с JDE web-клиентом 9.1.5. Используйте IE, его 11-я версия сертифицирована под win 7, 8 и 8.1, а 10-я - под 7 и 8 - одинаково для 32-х и 64-х разрядных. Подробнее о сертификации (по-старому MTR) можно найти на сайте http://support.oracle.com на вкладке Certifications Вот, что там, в частности, написано про ГХ: The Certification system indicates which version of Chrome was tested and verified with each JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools release. If encountering issues with later versions of Google Chrome browser, customers will be asked to reproduce with this tested version of Google Chrome, and resolution may be to revert to the tested and verified version. ... |
