Проблема обмена 1С с сайтом (через битрикс), помощь в решении

Есть проблемы с выгрузкой на сайт, иногда выгрузка проходит, иногда зависает.
При последней выгрузки вылезла эта ошибка в логах
Буду очень признателен если кто-то объяснит суть этой проблемы и сможет предложить пути решения этого вопроса.
