500 OOPS: vsftpd: refusing to run with writable root inside chroot local user Т е в режиме chroot нельзя, чтобы локальные пользователи могли записывать в root (в вашем случае - /home/ftp/111) чтобы была возможность заливать файлы - сделайте, например, mkdir /home/ftp/111/in chmod 777 /home/ftp/111/in соответственно после логина ftp> cd in ftp> put myfile.txt ... |
