проблема такая. прислали мне по почте несколько файлов для коннекции из прла в интербейс InterBase.pm b т.д. рассовал я их по директориям. при попытке коннекта к базе вылетает с криком install_driver(InterBase) failed: Can't load 'C:/Perl/site/lib/auto/DBD/InterBase/InterBase.dll' for module DBD::InterBase: load_file:The specified module could not be found at C:/Perl/lib/DynaLo ader.pm line 169. at (eval 1) line 3 Perhaps a required shared library or dll isn't installed where expected at 1.pl line 7 как справиться с этим траблом? ... |

Try installing the module from the command prompt like this: c:\> ppm install DBD::InterBase or download the module from the cpan.org and install it. Hope this will help. ... |

По умолчанию в ppm настроен один главный репозиторий, который находится в Инете, вот ppm и лезет туда, т.к. больше некуда. ppm> set repository any_name C:\perl\my_rep где my_rep - это директория, в которую кладешь скачанные модули. ... |

the repository is located at http://dada.perl.it/PPM; actually it contains the following modules: Win32::GUI 0.0.502 Win32::API 0.20 Win32::Clipboard 0.51 they're precompiled for 5.005 MSWin32-x86-object (ActivePerl 5xx) and 5.6 MSWin32-x86-multi-thread (ActivePerl 6xx); to install from there simply type: ppm install --location=http://dada.perl.it/PPM modulename you can also add my repository permanently to your current set, so that PPM will be able to download from there: $ ppm PPM interactive shell (1.1.1) - type 'help' for available commands. PPM> set repository dada http://dada.perl.it/PPM PPM> set save PPM> quit Quit! ... |

if you use ppm version 2 (the default with Perl 5.6) (you can read a line like PPM interactive shell (2.2.0) ...etc) type the following command at the ppm prompt PPM>: set repository BdP http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm then type the command: set save to save the changes. if you use ppm version 3 (the default with Perl 5.8) (you can read a line like PPM - Programmer's Package Manager version 3.0.1.) type the following command at the ppm prompt ppm>: repository add BdP http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm ... |
