(JS) window.open() вместо showModalDialog() |

Задача - создание диалогового окна, максимально схожего с создаваемым методом showModalDialog() в IE, но на JS. Нужно при закрытие окна открытом с помашю window.open() возвратити переменную на перваю страницу. Проста я пробавал с showModalDialog("equation.htm",window,"status:true; dialogWidth:25em;dialogHeight:25em"); у меня в equation.htm флэш фаил и не работает JS. Заранее спасибо за помощь. Прастите за плахои рускии. ... |

Перед закрытием окна установите window.returnValue. MSDN - window.returnValueSets or retrieves the value returned from the modal dialog window. Syntax window.returnValue [ = vValue ] Possible Values vValue Variant that specifies or receives the value returned from the window. The property is read/write. The property has no default value.
