Hello! I got Appserv (Apache,PHP,MySQL) on my machine running under w2k. I use it for testing purpose. Also i installed Sendmail for windows prog. But now i need to tie Sendmail with others... For instance, when i run script with mail function it does nothing. I look in the sendmail.log - it's empty. There should be messages atempting something to send. What do i need to do? I want to see logs to make shure my script's working... If you know other ways to sort this out, tell me please. Thank you! Roman ... |

try to config your sendmail, read manual may be you have wrong script... display it plz... ... |

i've learnt Sendmail instruction, but there is nothing about PHP. here is a part of my code: mail($_POST['newemail'],"Your Password for the Project Website", $message, "From:Your Name <you@xxx.com>;"); ... |

Ничего что я по русски напишу? Под винды, в php.ini надо писать не ПУТЬ к программе отправки почты, а ip адрес или просто адрес к хосту где запущена соответствующая служба. например так [mail function] ; For Win32 only. SMTP = localhost ; For Win32 only. sendmail_from = me@localhost.com ; For Unix only. You may supply arguments as well (default: "sendmail -t -i"). ;sendmail_path = Еще раз говорю, служба SMTP должна быть запущена. ЗЫ: Читайте мануал и комментарии в php.ini. это помогает избежать стрессов и удинняет жизнь ;)). ... |
