Рабочий сервис не запускается после добавления EventLog, пишет следующую ошибку:
The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. Inaccessible logs: Security.

Дебагер говорит, что ошибка в строке, которая проверяет существование сорса с данным именем. Вот код:
