Здравствуйте, пытаюсь настроить web publish из Visual Studio 2010 на IIS7 windows 7
1 - развернул у себя на машине IIS 7 (установил всё что было в комплекте с windows)
2 - запустил Web Deployment Agent Service и Web Management Service
3 - создал на IIS сервере новый сайт на 90 порту localhost
4 - закинул туда тестовую страницу и проверил работоспособность нового сайта
5 - Далее в Visual Studio 2010 кликнул правой кнопкой на проекте -> Publish...
и установил такие параметры Publish method: Web Deploy
Service URL: https://localhost:8172/MsDeploy.axd
Site/application: qwe

далее нажал Publish
и выскочила вот такая ошибка:

Error 1 Web deployment task failed.(Could not connect to the destination computer ("localhost"). On the destination computer, make sure that Web Deploy is installed and that the required process ("The Web Management Service") is started.)
This error indicates that you cannot connect to the server. Make sure the service URL is correct, firewall and network settings on this computer and on the server computer are configured properly, and the appropriate services have been started on the server.
Error details:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8172
