Доброе время! VStudio 2003, Win2003SP1, IIS - запущен (соответс. extens. - allowed), NTFS

Создаю веб-приложение WebA1.
При отладке - выдает следующий мессадж

Server Error in '/WebA1' Application.

Access to the path "F:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\weba1\83f5d5d3\1be991c2" is denied.

пробовал давать права админа - \IUSR_Hosname и ASPNET,
делал доступ к ...\ F:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\

- не получается.
На этой же ОС - установлена VStudio 2005 - работает без проблем.

C этим экземпляром VSudio 2003 под ХП (на этой же станции - ОК), на
другой PC с Win2003Sp1 - то же ОК.

В чем м.б. причина? Спасибо.

To grant ASP.NET write access to a file, right-click the file in Explorer, choose "Properties" and select the Security tab. Click "Add" to add the appropriate user or group. Highlight the ASP.NET account, and check the boxes for the desired access.
