AVD: нет клавиатуры при получении фокуса EditText

Пишу программку для android на Eclipse в винде Для отладки использую AVD Никак не могу понять почему на зкране AVD не появляется клавиатура ? Везде пишут что должда автомат появляться как только элемент EditText получает фокус В чём может быть дело? ... |
