нужно програмно послать месседж, что в комбобоксе выбран другой элемент

согласно хелпа

wParam
The low-order word specifies the control identifier of the combo box.
The high-order word specifies the notification message.

подскажите как сформировать составной wParam из моего
CMB_ID и CBN_SELCHANGE
