Не отображается начальная страница APEX

Поставил Oracle XE на машину с OC Windows 7 Ultimate. После установки страница http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex не доступна. Порт 8080 свободен, службы OracleXETNSListener и OracleServiceXE запущены. В чём может быть проблема? ... |
